With a specialised background in neuropsychology, behavioural training, emotional intelligence, and strategic communication, with over two decades of experience working in corporate leadership positions, she has dedicated her career to developing learning systems that elevate individuals, strengthen professional identity, and expand global career outcomes.
Her work integrates performance psychology, leadership behaviour, and workplace communication to help students, working professionals, and organisations cultivate the mindset, skill set, and confidence required to succeed in competitive global environments. She has trained and mentored learners across India, the UAE, and Europe, supporting international study pathways, corporate upskilling initiatives, and professional advancement.
