1. General
By enrolling in any course, diploma, certification, workshop, coaching program, or training offered by Espiratia, the participant agrees to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These apply to all online, offline, and blended learning programs unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Fees & Payment
- All fees must be paid in full (or as per the agreed installment plan) before program commencement.
- Enrollment is confirmed only after successful receipt of payment.
- Fees once paid are non-transferable to another individual unless approved in writing by Espiratia management.
3. Refund Policy
Espiratia follows a strict but fair no-refund policy, considering the nature of professional training and intellectual property.
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
- Once the program has started.
- If the participant attends even one session (live or recorded).
- For missed sessions due to personal, professional, or technical reasons.
- For dissatisfaction with teaching style, content depth, or delivery mode.
- For non-completion or withdrawal by the participant.
- For access to recorded sessions, study materials, assessments, or certificates.
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Espiratia cancels the program entirely and no alternative batch is offered.
- A duplicate or excess payment is made (after verification).
In such approved cases, refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days, excluding payment gateway charges.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Espiratia reserves the right to reschedule sessions, change trainers, modify content structure, or adjust timelines to maintain training quality.
- If a batch is postponed, participants may opt to attend the next available batch. No refunds will be issued for rescheduling.
5. Program Access & Materials
- All training materials, recordings, handouts, tools, and assessments are the intellectual property of Espiratia.
- Sharing, reproducing, selling, or distributing content without written consent is strictly prohibited.
- Access duration to recordings or portals (if applicable) will be communicated separately and must be adhered to.
6. Certification Policy
- Certificates are issued only upon meeting attendance, assignment, assessment, and participation criteria defined for each program.
- Failure to meet requirements does not entitle the participant to a refund or partial refund.
7. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior during sessions.
Espiratia reserves the right to terminate participation without refund in cases of:
- Misconduct or disruption
- Abuse toward trainers or participants
- Violation of policies or ethical standards
8. Limitation of Liability
Espiratia is not responsible for:
- Career outcomes, placements, promotions, or income expectations
- Technical issues beyond reasonable control
- External platform outages or internet disruptions
Training outcomes depend on individual effort, application, and context.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India only.
10. Policy Updates
Espiratia reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated policies will be effective immediately upon being published on www.espiratia.com.
